"Gekokujo" is the basic premise of Infinite Stratos. A man called Ichika Orimura that came from an alternate world to Japan to start a school, which later became the strongest military power in the whole country. And then he meets a girl named Charlotte Elbourne who can manipulate anything made of metal by just touching it.
